  120. environment. Example: Someone who simply wants to make personal, 
  121. not for profit, web pages.

  123. 2) Single User Commercial License. This applies to someone who will
  124. be using RoboPhoto on a single computer in a commercial environment. 
  125. Example: An independent web page designer who makes both personal 
  126. and for-profit web pages.

  128. 3) 10-User Site License.This applies to companies who need to install the 
  129. program on a maximum of 10 computers at a specific physical location. 
  130. Example: A company with a network who needs to install the program on 
  131. 10 workstations. A Multi-User Site License is required for each 10 installations.

  133. Guarantee.  RoboPhoto includes a 30 day money back guarantee, which 
  134. is listed in its entirety below:

  136. 1) RoboPhoto performs as represented in the documentation.
  137. 2) RoboPhoto and the documentation are without major defect.
  138. 3) We will give prompt and accurate technical support.

  140. If we breach any of these three guarantees, you're entitled to a 
  141. refund equal to your original purchase price.

  143. Permitted Use: 
  144. 1) Use the software and its documentation per the type of license.

  146. 2) Make a single archival copy of the software for backup purposes.

  148. Prohibited Use:

  171. to return all software, software copies, and related materials to Tim 
  172. Helton. Tim Helton may also exercise his other legal rights.

  174. General.  This agreement represents the entire agreement between you 
  175. and Tim Helton regarding the software, documentation and unlock codes. 
  176. This agreement supersedes all prior agreements. This license may only 
  177. be modified in a written instrument signed by Tim Helton. If any 
  178. provision of this agreement is unlawful, void, or for any reason 
  179. unenforceable, it shall be deemed severable from, and shall in no way 
  180. affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of 
  181. this agreement. This agreement shall be governed by Georgia law, USA 
  182. law, and all recognized international treaties or conventions. You
